Hands down the best experience and customer I’ve ever received for a car. I have a 2019 Honda Odyssey and had a “power tailgate problem” according to the dashboard. My trunk would open, the warning light would come on with the message about the power tailgate, and then when you closed the trunk the car would still think it was open and beep while driving. Frustrating! I took it to a Honda shop who said I needed a new latch for the trunk. After receiving their quote, I called around and reached Pro Import, who said they would inspect it also. I went to them - great guys out of the gate and you could sense they’re straight up, no bs, great customer service. I paid $80 for a diagnosis which led to them thinking the issue may be the latch but wasn’t quite sure. We agreed to get the latch replaced and if that didn’t work, I wouldn’t have to pay for the part. A few days later, the part came in and sadly it didn’t fix the problem. They did a bunch of tests and while they couldn’t exactly trace it, the info they acquired was critical as they recommend I go back to Honda (they have more specific equipment) with it to help trace it correctly. AND they refunded my $80 without me asking and told me to keep the replaced latch. AMAZING SERVICE! I went to a different Honda who diagnosed the problem correctly, but again the price they said for fixing it was over the top. I had called Pro Import to get an oil change and they reviewed what Honda told me, made the relatively quick fix, and charged me nothing for it. They went out of their way to try to help the whole time. That is the first time I’ve ever experienced this level of dedication and service when dealing with any car I’ve ever owned. Honda was trying to make a dollar on my issue while Pro Import was trying to take care of its customer. I would recommend them to anyone for anything you need - they will put you first and do whatever they can to make sure you and your vehicle are treated with the respect you deserve!
