Steve and the team at Pro Import have always been straight forward and true to their word when it comes to servicing my Honda. They even found a service bulletin from 2011 that the dealership never bothered to inform me about.
Service was decent. Ended up with a mix up on dates which caused some issues. Probably would go back if I wanted an upgrade.
Came here almost 2 years ago and and had timing belt, radiator, and water pump replaced. In the last 3 months car started squealing like it was a belt. When I called Steve he said bring it in. They replaced timing belt as it was under warranty 36 months or 36000 miles. Car was I. Shop maybe 4 hours. I will continue to bring my Lexus here.

Fair, honest and helpful. I choose this shop b/c you get good old fashioned service. I appreciate the customer service and the services they perform. Steve is great about letting us know what scheduled items are showing due and help prioritize which ones to perform in order of importance. Having in house ASE techs who are trained to service our units is key. Also, the menu board of services they provide and the costing shows you they are not a "fly by night" service shop.
