Excellent service, I just sat in the shop while they did an oil change and diagnostic check of my car. The check was completely free and thorough and they gave me an honest assessment of the services I should consider having done in the future and their costs, but didn't con me into thinking I had to do them right then and there. No high balling or deception here, very up front about costs and practicality, even for something as simple as the oil change they offered me cheaper alternative oils to what I usually use, when other shops have always loved saying I "need" the more expensive stuff for my car to run. Only critique I have is that I hope in the future (or at least for the duration of this pandemic) that they mandate the employees wear masks inside the customer service area. Most of them did, but a few wanted to talk to me without a mask on up close, which I'm not very comfortable with right now. I'm not so much a stickler I think they should wear it in the garage too if they don't want to, but at least around customers it would be a courtesy. I'm not striking a star though because when they realized my discomfort they immediately put their masks on, and the service was still fantastic. No need to hurt their metrics over what was most likely just a lapse in judgement due to being focused on their work, just a suggestion in the future as a matter of public health.
