My car is still having trouble starting... at this point, I am very disappointed with my experience at pro import. I took my TL into you guys last week and you disconnected my Bluetooth after suggesting that was draining my battery. On Friday, we took my wife's car in for a fix so now we're without a car and stuck having to use Lyft/Uber, and not to mention, we just moved pretty far away. At a minimum, I'd like you guys to refund my money and reconnect the Bluetooth that was disconnected. Assuming I can get it to start, I will try and have it back to you on Tuesday. I know your business thrives on google reviews, so I hope you'll be willing to reconnect my Bluetooth and reimburse me the 200+ dollars I spent at your business.
Hi Kenny, Your Bluetooth is still the problem that is drawing power from your vehicle. We did refund your money, and reconnect your Bluetooth. As my Advisor mentioned, on the invoice and verbally that your battery tested bad. If the climate gets cold, it can cause your battery to fail and cause a weak start. We recommended a battery and you declined. That was exactly what happened when it got cold that day. I apologize for the inconvenience, but as long as our shop covered our bases and informed you that the battery tested bad. There is not much we can do when things like that happen. Please review us on our work, not the battery recommendation that you didn't want to replace. Thankyou
